1. Who we are

brandmarketing.ad (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a marketing agency providing advertising, lead generation, and brand-building services. Our website is https://brandmarketing.ad. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at hello@brandmarketing.ad.

2. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our site or submit one of our lead-capture forms (the “Funnels”), how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and applicable U.S. state privacy laws (including CCPA/CPRA).

3. What data we collect

When you complete a funnel, we collect:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Information you voluntarily provide in the questionnaire — industry, state, business goals, revenue range, timing, and other answers
  • Technical and usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring site, UTM campaign tags, and cookie identifiers including Meta Pixel cookies (_fbp, _fbc)
  • Records of communications you send us (emails, replies, scheduling actions)

We do not collect special category data (race, religion, health, biometrics, etc.) or payment information through this site.

4. Why we use your data (purposes & legal basis)

  • To respond to your inquiry and schedule a strategy session — legal basis: consent and performance of pre-contractual steps you requested.
  • To send relevant follow-ups by email, phone, or SMS regarding our services — legal basis: consent (which you can withdraw at any time).
  • To measure and improve our advertising — including server-side conversion tracking with Meta Conversions API. We share hashed (SHA-256-encrypted) versions of your email, phone, and name with Meta so they can attribute conversions to ads. Legal basis: legitimate interest in measuring marketing effectiveness.
  • To run analytics and understand which funnels and channels perform best — legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • To comply with law and protect our rights — legal basis: legal obligation.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use the following:

  • Strictly necessary cookies for site functionality and theme preference.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) — measures conversions and powers ad retargeting. Sets _fbp and _fbc cookies.
  • UTM parameters stored in your browser’s session storage to attribute the campaign you arrived from.

You can clear cookies or block them in your browser settings. Doing so will not break the site but may limit our ability to measure your visit.

6. Who we share your data with

We only share your data with:

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook / Instagram) — hashed contact data for ad attribution via the Meta Conversions API.
  • Our hosting and infrastructure providers — to run the site, store leads, and deliver emails.
  • Service providers we may use in future (e.g. CRM, email tooling, scheduling tools) under written data-processing agreements.
  • Authorities where legally required to do so.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7. International data transfers

We are based in the United States. If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards for these transfers.

8. How long we keep your data

We retain lead data for as long as necessary to provide you with the services you requested and to run our business. As a general rule:

  • Funnel submissions — up to 5 years from your last interaction
  • Cookie data — per the expiration set by each cookie (typically 30–180 days)
  • Records required by law (tax, contracts) — for the legally required period

You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 9).

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erasure (“right to be forgotten”) — ask us to delete your data
  • Restriction — limit how we process your data
  • Portability — receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing
  • Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already done)
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@brandmarketing.ad. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including HTTPS, hashed password storage for admin accounts, restricted database access, and encryption of contact data before transmission to advertising partners. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our services are intended for adults running or representing a business. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
